Square Meter Base Rates
All prices are quoted per square meter (m²). Standard rates range from 95,000 TZS to 120,000 TZS depending on the selected aggregate shade.
All-Inclusive Rates
Our rates fully cover high-quality flooring materials, professional labor, and complete installation unless otherwise specified.
Material Transportation
Transportation of aggregates and materials to the site is not included in the standard rate and will be charged separately based on distance.
Base Preparation Works
Civil and foundation preparation works (including concrete slab pouring, leveling, and drainage channels) are excluded and must be completed beforehand or quoted separately.
Edge Strips & Borders
Supply and installation of decorative or structural edge separation strips are not covered by the standard flat rate.
Manholes & Trimming
Any custom adjustments, cutting, or special finishes required around manholes, drains, or existing cleanouts are charged separately.
Physical Site Survey
A physical site inspection and survey are strictly required before issuing a final, official quotation for construction.
Professional Site Assessment
An authorized Stoogha surveyor will visit your property to measure dimensions, verify sub-base conditions, and assess access constraints.
